Dramaturgy and Teaching
Dramaturgy is a notoriously difficult concept to define, so here you will find all the examples of dramaturgy in my work, including workshops, literary management, criticism, and education.

Workshops
I have lead workshops online and in-person on the subjects of songwriting, completing your musical, completing your play, self-production, and writing your own press release.
Literary Manager
I have been on the selection committee for Off Broadway playhouse's The Player's Theatre in NYC since 2018, as well as an in-house dramaturg for their self-production program. I have also worked as a scout for Steel Spring Stage Rights, seeing on and off-Broadway productions and reporting back as to their suitability for publication.

Criticism
Since 2023, I have written criticism, conducted interviews, and written in-depth pieces for FringeReview. I have covered Edinburgh Festival Fringe, The Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the Edinburgh Book Festival, and the Edinburgh Independent Film Festival, as well as theatre in London. One highlight is a piece I wrote countering the Spectator's article on neurodiversity at the Fringe in 2024.
Teaching
I have taught in various capacities for over fifteen years. Highlights include being the learning partner at Emerson College's Inspiring Awe class for theatre majors, which devised work for Boston's Franklin Park Zoo; teaching piano and voice as well as being the accompanist for recitals at the non-profit Nashua Community Music School; and creating curriculum for music students with special needs.
